Charmaine Swanevelder is President of TTS for the USA, Canada and Latin America.

She is an experienced I/O Psychologist with a strong commercial background. She has dedicated the last decade to work successfully with decisionmakers across all types of industries, mostly working with Fortune 500 organizations in the US.  Her focus is the optimization of pre-and post-hire talent programs (screening & selection vs development of existing talent) by delivering sound solutions and products, custom designed to fit your culture, to solve your talent related issues at various stages of the employee lifecycle in a way that fits your budget.

She is an active member of various professional associations, including SIOP, and has presented 12 papers at refereed academic/scientific conferences to date. She was a member of PAI (People Assessment in Industry), and interest group of SIOPSA, as well as the Chairperson of the Assessment Center Study Group for a few years. She is licensed and certified to work with a broad range of psychometric instruments published by a variety of test vendors.
