During 2011 and 2013, cut-e conducted a study into the value that HR practitioners, hiring managers and L&D specialists gain from using psychometric assessments. Both these studies received overwhelming support globally and from individual countries. The large turnout in participation enabled a better understanding of the trends in psychometric usage between these years.
In 2015, cut-e is again conducting this research. The aim of this assessment barometer, as in previous years, remains at gaining insight into the value of psychometric assessment usage in organisations. We invite you to participate in the 2015 assessment barometer by clicking on the link below.
For every completed survey, cut-e offers you a copy of the final report which will be available once the survey has been completed. Additionally, cut-e has offered to donate €1 to UNICEF for every completed survey toward their initiative of affording every child the opportunity to go to school.
