TTS -Top Talent Solutions will be hosting a two-day Client Conference on 15th and 16th September 2016 at The Butler Caterers in Midrand, South Africa. The conference theme is “The fourth industrial revolution – technology and people assessment”.
The purpose of the conference is to network, attend thought leadership presentations and to create a platform for our clients to share what they have learned implementing contextually, flexible and integrated assessment solutions over the past few years. In addition to this, case studies will be presented and future trends will be explored to foster learning and inspiration.
The much anticipated fourth revolution is expected to alter the way in which people live, work and relate to one another. For instance, at a recent World Economic Forum (WEF) conference, the WEF proclaimed that unlike former historical revolutions, the scale, scope, and complexity of the fourth revolution will result in transformation incomparable to anything that humankind has experienced before. When compared with previous revolutions, the fourth is evolving at an exponential rather than a linear pace. At the conference we will unpack how the fourth industrial revolution on technology could affect the world of people assessment.
