This report provides information on nine Leadership Risk areas, based on the candidate’s responses to the Styles questionnaire. The nine risk areas sit under the three P’s of leadership – Professional, People and Pioneering. Professional Risk includes perfectionist, procedural and critical; People Risk includes autonomous, obliging and expressive; and Pioneering Risk includes disruptive, unpredictable and daring. The report highlights the implications for the two highest potential risk areas, relating to the individual, the organisation and the culture.
