This accreditation course equips delegates to use Talogy’s Emotional Intelligence Profile (eip3) confidently in development, coaching and assessment contexts.
The course explores Talogy’s attitude-based model of emotional intelligence and the relationship between attitudes, feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Delegates will learn how to interpret eip3 scores and reports, conduct meaningful report exploration sessions, identify potential development areas and support clients in translating insight into practical behavioural change.
Upon successful completion of the course requirements, delegates will be accredited to use the eip3 and will gain access to the full range of eip3 reports.
