Description
This one-day workshop, intended for all Aon-certified users, will help attendees in gaining a refreshed understanding of how to use Aon Assessments, as well as critical learnings and insights into Aon reports.

The refresher training will focus on:
1. Ability Assessments
- Confidently identify what each Aon ability assessment measures.
- Interpret Verbal, Numerical, Abstract, and Specific Ability scores accurately.
- Select the right assessment battery for a job using a structured, defensible rationale.
2. Views Motivational Questionnaire
- Recall the hybrid/adaptive model (Adalloc™) and its advantages.
- Interpret motivational drivers with practical implications for selection & development.
- Provide succinct insight statements for managers.
3. ADEPT-15 Personality Assessment
- Reinforce understanding of the Workstyles & Aspects structure.
- Accurately interpret extreme scores and behavioural implications.
- Confidently link aspects to workstyles and job-relevant behavioural themes.
4. Feedback Delivery
- Follow the correct feedback structure for developmental feedback.
- Handle typical participant reactions and objections skilfully.
- Demonstrate competency through practice-based feedback exercises.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for:
- Individuals who have previously been certified in the use of Aon assessments (please note this course is only available to previously-certified Aon users).
Qualification requirements
The minimum requirement for attendance is a registration as Industrial Psychologist/Psychometrist/Intern with the HPCSA. In addition, attendees must have completed accreditation training in Aon assessments on a prior occasion.
Important Information
Note that this refresher course is limited to 20 attendees only, and will be available on a first booking, first served basis. If the course is fully booked, don’t worry: We will run additional refresher courses in the new year!
- Please ensure that your microphone and camera are both working, as the training will require you to interact with the course presenter and fellow trainees from time to time.
- Also make sure that during the course, you are in a quiet area free from interruption. That way, you and your fellow training delegates can get the most out of the session.
