Description

The Emotional Intelligence Profile (eip3) Accreditation course equips delegates with the knowledge and practical skills required to use Talogy’s Emotional Intelligence Profile confidently and responsibly.

The course explores Talogy’s attitude-based model of emotional intelligence and the relationship between attitudes, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Delegates will learn how to interpret eip3 results, explore report findings with participants and use the assessment across development, coaching and assessment contexts.

The programme follows a blended learning pathway comprising online pre-course modules, three instructor-led virtual sessions and practical exploration sessions completed between the second and third training days.

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, delegates will be accredited to use the eip3 and will gain access to the full range of EIP3 reports.

Qualification requirements

Delegates should have relevant experience in human resources, assessment, talent management, learning and development, coaching, organisational development or psychology.

Where the eip3 is used as a psychological assessment, delegates must operate within their professional scope of practice and comply with applicable HPCSA requirements and ethical standards.

Important information

The course fee includes access to the online pre-course modules, three instructor-led virtual sessions, course materials and the accreditation process.

• Delegates must complete all required online pre-course modules before attending the relevant instructor-led sessions.
• A minimum score of 80% is required in the online knowledge checks.
• Delegates are required to complete at least one practical eip3 exploration session between Days 2 and 3. Up to five sessions may be completed.
• A working camera, microphone and reliable internet connection are required.
• Delegates should attend from a quiet environment that allows them to participate fully in discussions and practical exercises.
• Full attendance and completion of all accreditation requirements are necessary to receive the accreditation certificate.
• CPD points are subject to formal approval.
