Biographies
Dr. Wayne Cascio served as president of SIOP. He holds the Robert H. Reynolds Chair in Global Leadership and is a Distinguished University Professor at the University of Colorado Denver. He is a renowned scholar, having authored 27 books. Dr. Cascio has consulted with organizations on six continents.
Dr. Irwin L. Goldstein served as president of SIOP. He consulted widely and recently worked as one of the two joint experts selected by the courts to review Coca Cola’s human resources practices. Dr. Goldstein served as Professor and Dean of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Maryland at College Park.
Dr. James Outtz is an expert in race discrimination issues and selection system design. He is a prominent scholar and a sought after expert, having served as a testifying witness for some of the most significant Title VII cases in the United States. Dr. Outtz also acted as consultant to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Dr. Sheldon Zedeck served as president of SIOP. He conducts research ranging from test fairness to public policy and consulted with companies on a wide range of issues. He recently completed a 10-year research project on the identification of factors and criteria of lawyering Success. Dr. Zedeck is Professor Emeritus at University of California, Berkeley.
