TTS is pleased to welcome Dewet van Schoor to the team, where he will be fulfilling the role of Chief Business Officer.
Dewet brings a rare combination of analytical rigour, operational insight, and a deeply practical orientation to solving complex business challenges.
Dewet has nearly a decade of management consulting experience across the African continent, having worked extensively in mining, financial services, logistics, information technology, and healthcare. His speciality has been tackling high-stakes, ambiguous problems and translating them into structured, measurable outcomes.
He describes himself as a “curious pragmatist.” And has consistently delivered tangible value at scale. Across multiple engagements, he has delivered performance improvements exceeding R1 billion per annum, often through the design and implementation of management systems, digital operations, and continuous improvement programmes.
Most recently, he was an Associate Principal at Partners in Performance where he spearheaded multiple complex projects in the mining, financial services and insurance sectors ranging from strategy development to execution across the value chain.
He is also no stranger to technological applications and the rich world of data-driven decision making. Dewet’s experience in establishing management operating systems and continuous improvement programmes speaks directly to this.
Dewet holds an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the University of Pretoria, where he graduated top of his class, and has completed all three levels of the CFA programme in the top decile. He also completed his MBA with distinction at INSEAD in France and Singapore during 2025, further strengthening his global business perspective and strategic capability.
As Chief Business Officer, Dewet will work at enhancing TTS’s already formidable automation, efficiency, and data-driven processes and technologies, along with providing thought leadership across a range of our professional services to deliver more value for our clients.
